Custom & Bespoke Orders

  • All custom and bespoke orders are final.
    Once a design is approved and production has begun, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • Design Approval
    You will receive design mock-ups and specifications before production. Please review all details carefully, as your approval confirms the final direction of the piece.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

  • Returns
    You may return unworn, undamaged ready-to-ship items within 7 days of delivery for store credit only. Returns must include original packaging.
  • Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked and insured method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspection Upon Delivery
    Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description.
  • Repair or Replacement
    If your item arrives damaged or with a fault in craftsmanship, we will offer a complimentary repair or replacement, depending on the issue.

Order Cancellations

  • Custom Orders
    Cancellations are not accepted once a custom order is in production.
  • Ready-to-Ship Orders
    Cancellations may be possible within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not yet shipped.
